Not lemony enough or hearty enough for our preference
These are the best lemon cookies I have ever had.
My granddaughter is very picky about she eats and she loves these lemon cookies.

Bought these cookies here in Encinitas Farmers market within a school over the weekend..
Are they a bit more expensive than normal cookies? Yes...
But are they a lot better tasting and healthier than normal cookies?? YES Big time.
They are expensive but considering inflation and costs to be in Southern California I'd say it is more than worth it considering just how good these cookies are.. I am definitely enjoying every one of them.
